The very prestigious Mail on Sunday National Homebuilder Design Awards landed Q Developments an award for their most recent and innovative development to date, Tonsley Place. A quote taken from the Judges’ report on Q Developments:

"The crisp detailing of these light and airy contemporary townhouses in a traditional London street resulted in the judges giving the award for Best House of Three or More Storeys to the show house, 5 Tonsley Place, and also a commendation for Best Small Housing Development this year to the three houses that so suitably fill a gap that had remained undeveloped for an astonishing 60 years."

"...the terrace of three houses in Tonsley Place is a measure of the value of these awards in unearthing interesting developments that prove there is virtually no site so difficult that it cannot be developed in a way that is exemplary and stimulating. Would that all homebuilders devoted so much thought, time and effort on their more mundane sites."
