Moonraker

Development

In JV with a UK real estate Plc, we ambitiously pursued redevelopment of an industrial site in Southwark for 173 apartments and retail.  The striking architecture of our ‘Moonraker’ scheme appealed to the local authority in design terms and maximised the footprint of the site.

With the volatility in residential markets, we successfully amended the design of the scheme to create one of the largest single student housing developments in London.  Comprising both studios and innovative dual aspect cluster apartments, the scheme provides a total of 671 student rooms and 24,000 sqft of retail.
